Our Approach to Care

At Synergy Natural Medicine Clinic, we believe good medicine begins with understanding the whole person — not just the diagnosis.

Our goal is to help patients make sense of their health and to create realistic, individualized plans that support long-term improvement. Naturopathic medicine allows us to combine modern clinical understanding with a broader view of how lifestyle, environment, and physiology interact.

Looking Beyond Symptoms

Appointments are designed to be unhurried and thorough.  In addition to a standard medical evaluation, we consider:

  • diet and digestion

  • sleep and daily routines

  • stress and resilience

  • medications and supplements

  • past health history and patterns over time

This wider perspective often helps explain why symptoms developed in the first place — and how to improve them in a sustainable way.

Rather than focusing only on symptom suppression, treatment plans aim to address underlying contributors whenever possible.

Practical, Individualized Treatment

Patients come to Synergy for many different reasons. Some want a more preventive approach to their health, while others are dealing with chronic or complex conditions and want additional options.

We carefully review laboratory testing and other diagnostics to identify early imbalances as well as established conditions. From there, we work with patients to choose treatments that fit both their medical needs and their lives.

Care may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, and integrative therapies when appropriate. We also collaborate with medical doctors and other healthcare providers to support coordinated care.

When prescription medications are necessary, they are used thoughtfully. In many cases, patients seek care here because they hope to better understand their condition and, when appropriate, reduce reliance on medications over time.

A Collaborative Process

Treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Patients are involved in decisions and encouraged to move at a pace that feels manageable. Our role is to guide and educate so that care remains clear, practical, and achievable.

By approaching health as a whole system rather than a collection of isolated symptoms, patients often gain both improvement and a better understanding of their bodies.
